"I am so grateful to Deborah for providing me the skills that have given me the confidence to SAY NO and walk away with out having any feelings of guilt or shame attached.
Thank you so much for helping me become aware that my needs count." - Lisa
"I went to the Doctor and he gave me medication for ADHD, I went to a Therapist and she gave me emotional support, neither were able to give me the “HOW TO” skills I needed to deal with my biggest challenge, my inability to MAKE DECISIONS , which was causing chaos in all areas of my life. A friend who was seeing Deborah for help setting personal boundaries suggested I call her. Sure glad I did. During my Coaching sessions I gained an understanding of what it meant to be “Selfish for one’s own well being”. She shared a life long decision making tool that I have committed to memory. Always ask yourself;. “ It Might Be Good For Them But Is It Good For ME ???” So simple , yet so powerful. Making decisions has never been easier.
The words Thank You will never be enough no matter how many times I say them. Working with her was like hitting the jackpot." - Jennifer
"Before working with Deborah I was so overwhelmed and stressed from trying to managing the demands of school, work and maintaining social connections. I began using one of her Action Tools she designed to help me learn how to plan my time more efficiently. Her technique was simple, always ask yourself what task will carry a consequence if it is not done that day? and then just do it ! Working with Deborah has been one of my better moves. I now find it easier to prioritizing tasks and definitely feel more PRODUCTIVE.
You're a great life coach! Thank You!" - Peter
"When I came to see Deborah, I was exhausted and stressed from the constant daily nagging of my child about everything. Together we developed a visual scheduling tool consisting of tasks my son was responsible to complete. I can't believe over time the nagging has become less and less. She also gave me insight into my son's working memory difficulties, especially when it came to giving him multistep verbal commands. We role played the language to use when giving specific commands, how to break tasks down into no more then 3 steps and ways to encourage him to repeat what he was going to do without him feeling criticized.
Deborah is a miracle worker in my eyes. Life has been a lot calmer." - Dana
